- Led the end-to-end migration of Order Confirmation recommendations off Sitecore CMS and the Checkout repository into GoDaddy's centralized Recommendations platform, retiring the legacy integration in under two months and consolidating ownership under one system.
- Delivered 30+ A/B experiments and recommendation campaigns across Basket, Empty Basket, Order Confirmation and Notification surfaces; 8-10 reached statistical significance and shipped to 100%, contributing to incremental Gross Conversion Rate (iGCR) improvement on revenue-critical journeys.
- Developed and extended the Contentful-backed Admin UI and its API and client modules, enabling Product Managers to launch campaigns self-serve and cutting time-to-launch from 1-2 days of engineering effort to under an hour.
- Designed new recommendation presentation types (stacked offer blocks, carousel) as reusable, config-selectable components adopted across every placement, and integrated multiple customer data sources and eligibility signals to generate personalized offers using backend-driven UI rendering so content and layout changes ship without a frontend release.
- Drove new loaded eligibility instrumentation across the Admin UI and client, giving product owners visibility into offer eligibility volume alongside impressions and enabling more accurate experiment analysis.
- Worked across 6 services spanning recommendations, checkout (checkout-api, checkout-react) and notifications (notification-api), coordinating with the Checkout and Notifications teams on shared integration contracts and integrating GraphQL APIs to resolve customer context.
- Root-caused and shipped same-day fixes for 4 production issues, including one identified proactively before it was reported.
- Built Elastic log query integration, backend endpoints serving structured error insights, Slack webhook alerting and groupId-based error correlation for BugABot, an internal error-triage tool.
- Building a proof of concept for Content-In-Code (CIC), an in-house replacement for Contentful CMS, and working with a colleague to migrate the recommendations API from JavaScript to TypeScript; also built the React frontend for an AI Campaign Assistant POC enabling natural-language campaign configuration.
- Reviewed teammates' pull requests and took on work beyond assigned scope to help the team meet sprint commitments.
