- Architected and led the front-end revamp of the Field Inventory web application used by Apple Maps operations to track mapping hardware (iPhones, camera systems, SSDs) across 100+ warehouses, hubs, and field sites worldwide, migrating the application from React.js to Next.js 14 with TypeScript and aligning the UI with Apple's latest design system.
- Engineered core modules within PM2, a large-scale micro-frontend platform of 86+ plugins and shared packages, using Module Federation and a unified shared-package build, enabling independent feature deployment across 15+ teams without rebuilding the host application.
- Designed and delivered a real-time market-monitoring dashboard for the Transit-Incident plugin, powered by GraphQL (Apollo Client) and REST data sources, giving Apple Maps editors instant visibility into open incidents, active/upcoming editor assignments, and backlog across markets such as Mumbai, cutting incident-triage time for editorial teams.
- Built end-to-end incident traceability workflows connecting market → incident → evidence source → affected transit systems, improving data accuracy and audit-readiness of incident records.
