- AI Business Insights assistant: Built a natural-language analytics chat where owners ask about sales, products, payments, and inventory (e.g., "Predict my sales for next week") and get charts, images, and PDF reports, including sales forecasts.
- AI order entry and invoice scanning: Built Place Sales Order, which turns free text like "2 Momos, 1 Dosa" with customer and table details into real orders, and Scan Purchase Invoice, which uses AI invoice recognition to extract details from a photo.
- AI ERP Guide: Built an in-app assistant that guides new users with exact step-by-step paths (e.g., configuring taxes) and exports PDF documentation on request.
- Voice input: Added speech-to-text across all 4 AI assistants using the browser Web Speech API, so users can speak instead of typing.
- Payment and order-placement architecture: Designed and implemented the order flow across web, mobile, kiosk, and table ordering with Razorpay, PayU, COD, and card-terminal payments and a legacy POS order server.
- Separated payment success from order success using a unique transaction ID and a persisted temporary order as the source of truth, with idempotent, retry-safe webhooks, guarded status transitions, and UI polling that prevent duplicate orders.
- Platform work: Contributed to Mobi Business Analytics, the Config portal, web ordering, self-service kiosks, and POS workflows; supported the phased migration of the existing customer base (20k+ customers in India) to the new platform.
