- Led the technical design of the SAP integration as the in-house subject-matter expert, coordinating 20+ internal and 5 vendor stakeholders and turning business requirements into engineering tasks.

- Designed an integration and data pipeline with an internal CRM-style platform used by one business department, achieving 95% consistent metadata extraction with automated storage.
