• Built and shipped four core product surfaces: public marketing website, client dashboard, admin dashboard, and driver dashboard, backed by a Node.js/Express.js API platform.
• Designed REST APIs with middleware/controllers/services, JWT access-refresh auth, OTP, RBAC, validation, file uploads, idempotent webhooks, and centralized error handling.
• Modeled MongoDB/Mongoose schemas, indexes, aggregations, and transactional workflows for onboarding, routes, subscriptions, billing, driver KYC, assignments, referrals, wallets, payouts, and approvals.
• Built Redis live-state management and Socket.IO rooms/events for GPS updates, driver/ride visibility, route simulation, replay data, and admin live monitoring.
• Implemented BullMQ workers for email, PDF, WhatsApp, and delayed processing with retries, exponential backoff, concurrency controls, idempotency, and failed-job tracking.
• Deployed staging and production on Ubuntu VPS using Nginx, PM2, Cloudflare, TLS, and GitHub Actions; debugged production issues across application, infrastructure, and integrations.
