- Identified drop-off stages, documented conversion levers, and produced RBI-ready funnel analysis with mitigation strategy.
- Built working prototype for geofenced proximity payments (Micro-Habits): background merchant discovery, location-verification triggers, intent dispatch, and spoof-detection logic.
- Presented at Global Fintech Fest (GFF'26) soft launch.
- Designed 4-tier step-up identity verification framework for dynamic transaction limits across UPI client, PSP, and issuer layers.
- Evaluated 4 Aadhaar OTP replacement channels and sequenced them into a phased migration roadmap.
