  • Removed a hard dependency on third-party logistics quotations by building an in-house fallback quote engine and integrating backup logistics providers (ProRouting, Ola) for hyperlocal delivery, cutting pre-confirmation order failures from 30% to under 0.5%.
  • Scaled the Seller application to 100K+ orders and 1,000+ seller onboardings across Grocery, Fashion, Electronics, BPC, H&W, and F&B; built external integration APIs and order-notification webhooks to onboard sellers' Order Management Systems (OMS), including Spencer's.
  • Cut deployment time from 12-15 minutes to under 2 minutes via CI/CD pipeline optimization; dropped local dev-server startup from 3-4 minutes to 20 seconds via Webpack Vite migration and Node 16→24 / React 16-18 upgrades; added pre-commit hooks, automated build tests, and branch protection.
