- Delivered end-to-end implementation of 10 core NavInvoice workflows spanning inventory, products, customers, vendors, users, invoices, quotations, payments, reports, and point of sale using Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and React.js, centralizing daily business operations in one application.
- Structured JWT authentication and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for 4 user roles - administrator, customer, vendor, and internal user - to enforce permission-based access across admin and operational workflows.
- Orchestrated 3 Razorpay payment options - UPI, card, and supported EMI - alongside 2 automated email-document workflows for invoices and purchase orders using SMTP and Nodemailer.
- Produced date-based reporting across 4 operational areas - invoices, quotations, products, and payments - and applied lazy loading to reduce unnecessary frontend rendering during navigation.
- Implemented 5 United Recovery Solution workflow areas - customer management, payments, reporting, document verification, and user administration - with access controls for 3 role levels: administrators, managers, and users.
- Cut retrieval time for a CRM dataset of approximately 2 million records to 2-3 seconds through server-side pagination, database indexing, and SQL query optimization.
- Unified 3 third-party service workflows through Authorize.Net payments, PandaDoc/internal electronic signatures, and Vaspian calling, supporting card, instalment, scheduled future-payment, and 2-way call operations.
