- Built the Hey NOKI voice-edit feature - streams audio through the Azure Speech SDK and renders real-time transcription into the Ul via a controlled React component.
- Built a Redux Thunk polling registry to manage long-running background jobs (SOAP-note and template generation), so clinicians could open new encounters without waiting for prior ones to complete.
- Broke a large React/Redux module into reusable custom hooks and shared service layers, making state and logic available across the store and onboarding screens without duplication.
- Rebuilt the store and checkout Ul with Stripe Checkout embedded on the frontend, simplifying the purchase flow for hospital clients.
- Built Node.js REST APIs for self-serve hospital sign-up - Stripe Checkout triggers account provisioning with role assignment across all new tenants, removing manual sales-team setup.
- Designed PostgreSQL schemas across three billing states (price quotes, free trials, active subscriptions) and built the full backend API and frontend activation flow for the Pro trial feature.
- Implemented event deduplication for account activation by handling both the post-payment redirect and the Stripe webhook via GCP Pub/Sub, preventing duplicate accounts or role assignments on retried events.
- Maintained and supported the iframe-integrated Copilot a real-time tool that turns doctor-patient conversations into structured clinical notes.
- Cleared a backlog of recurring production issues and improved Copilot reliability, during a period when the customer base grew ~20%.
- Added microphone and silence detection that pauses recording after 3 minutes of silence, and set up Datadog RUM to monitor production errors.
- Built features for the Enliv doctor app appointment scheduling, document upload, and task management - along with Ul work and bug fixes on the Enliv EHR platform.
