- Implemented caching to address scalability bottlenecks in release-note retrieval, reducing API response time from 6 seconds to 20 milliseconds (99.7% reduction) and improving application responsiveness.
- Owned and delivered an automated subscription-based application provisioning workflow in collaboration with 6 teams, streamlining customer onboarding and reducing onboarding-related customer service calls by 30%.
