From leading high-performing teams within the Rotaract movement to working in people-focused and operational roles, I have developed a strong foundation in stakeholder management, team coordination, strategic planning, and execution. Recognized as Best Rotaract Club President of the District, I have had the privilege of leading initiatives that brought together diverse teams, strengthened member engagement, and delivered measurable impact at scale. These experiences taught me how to navigate challenges, align people around a common vision, and transform ideas into action. Beyond leadership, I am passionate about understanding people, solving problems, and building systems that help organizations grow. My experience spans people operations, research, project coordination, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
