- Data and analytics platform at Contentstack (headless CMS).
- I owned systems end to end, from design to production support.
- • Audit logging: engineered multi-tenant audit logging in Go, Kafka and Elasticsearch, keeping billions of logs searchable at low cost; onboarded 6 products and every new customer
- • Migrated audit search from AWS OpenSearch to Elastic Cloud with transfer scripts, dual writes and a clean cutover
- • Primary point of contact for the audit platform in production: root-cause analysis and verification after upgrades and patches
- • Built the first data-pipeline observability: Observe dashboards and Slack alerts on every production data job
- • Cut analytics data freshness from daily to about 20 minutes by tuning Spark windows and partitions; Spark ETL turns about 1B Cloudflare and Kafka records into customer usage analytics
- • Own the Analytics API serving 2B+ monthly calls for all 87 customers, adding products with zero contract changes
- • Delivered 3 workflow analytics dashboards (React) over 100K+ entries per org; a Playwright Evaluator covering 67 operation-sequence cases signs off every release
- • Led Feature Adoption: customers see paid vs. used features, CSMs get upsell signals; reused by 3 production apps
- • Webhooks: added 75+ trigger combinations for the Variants and Taxonomy launches with zero breaking changes; single POC for webhook RCAs, product issues and maintenance
- • Scaled Top URLs exports 10x (1,000 to 10,000+ records) with Athena SQL pagination
- • Cleared 5,000+ year-old CVEs across 10 services; Snyk and Trivy now block new ones before merge
- • Authored cs-highcharts, the shared charting library behind every analytics dashboard
- • Ran Agile release cycles and daily standups for 1+ year; 500+ merged PRs and 515 reviews across 35 repos
- • Work AI-first (Claude Skills, MCP, Cursor) and consistently deliver EPICs solo from idea to production in 2 sprints
