- Designed and built a separate Centralized Ecosystem CRM that consolidates leads from multiple company websites, internal applications, expos, events, B2B business cards, and other acquisition sources into unified lead, customer, quotation, deal, follow-up, task, and sales workflows.
- Automate communications across both CRM systems through custom email generation, no-reply/system-generated messages, notifications, and follow-up triggers tied directly to customer and lead workflows.
- Built the B2C e-commerce web application and React Native mobile app on shared MERN APIs, covering product catalog, authentication, ordering, and Razorpay payment processing across 2 customer platforms.
- Built the dedicated Store CRM module to manage custom-packaging customers, inquiries, quotations, order-related communication, follow-ups, and customer records within Store.
- Reduced production API latency by ~97%, from 6–7 seconds to under 150 ms, using MongoDB indexing, server-side pagination, query optimization, Redis caching, and backend refactoring.
- Manage production infrastructure across AWS EC2, S3, Route 53, Amplify, and Lightsail, with Docker and CI/CD supporting application releases and ongoing production operations.
