Product Owner
Jasper Colin Research · Mar 2025 – Oct 2026
- Owned product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritisation across 5+ interconnected modules.
- Leadership set the vision, and I decided which features got built and in what order.
- Ran discovery with clients, users, and internal research teams to find the real problem behind each request, and turned it into a prioritised backlog using RICE and MOSCOW.
- Defined how the AI in Web Radar behaves: business rules for LLM summarisation, RAG-grounded insight generation, and agentic workflows that turn raw monitoring data into decision-ready intelligence, with guardrails, evaluation criteria, and user feedback loops.
- Defined success metrics, including North Star Metrics, KPIs, and OKRs, tracked them in Power BI dashboards I built myself, and presented vision and progress to executive leadership.
- Led delivery across 3+ concurrent product tracks with engineering, QA, UX, and external vendors, covering PRDs, epics and user stories, sprint planning, backlog grooming, story acceptance, UAT, and release validation.
- Worked AI-first every day: used Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis, and to draft requirements, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Used prompt-based wireframing and prototyping to build near-final UI concepts in Figma Make and Claude, and working prototypes with Claude Code, so engineering, design, and stakeholders reacted to something real before specs were written.
- Took Web Radar from 0 to 1 into a live AI platform with around 150 users and growing, replacing a manual analyst reporting cycle.
- Cut design iteration time by approximately 50% by moving to AI-built, near-final prototypes before handing off to design and engineering.
- Cut clarification cycles with engineering by approximately 40% through structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Set up JIRA from scratch and introduced structured product documentation and delivery practices for the team.
