Designed and implemented a Pipedream-based email automation workflow that interprets client briefs, maps requirements to relevant audience segments, generates editable email drafts with recommended audience sets, and triggers Slack notifications for Product Manager to review before client communication.
Built a Python based web application using Groq LLMs to query, retrieve, and summarize client briefs and feedback stored in Drive, enabling Al assisted information retrieval for Product and Sales teams.
Refactored backend data access by moving Sequelize queries out of business logic into dedicated query modules, restructuring complex joins and nested queries, and optimizing SQL execution.
Also fixed security issues in hierarchy based access control and developed APIs for new product features and changing requirements.
