- Delivered UX design across 15+ enterprise banking, fintech, and payments projects for financial institutions spanning two international markets.
- • Modernized a legacy (~14–15 year old) banking application into a scalable white-label framework spanning 1,920+ screens, reducing new-client delivery time through shared, reusable components.
- • The framework was later adapted for a bank client with only a brand-colour change required, thanks to its brandagnostic structure, and went on to be incorporated into design work for multiple other bank clients.
- • Led end-to-end UX for a UPI-inspired digital wallet and interoperable payments ecosystem for an international banking client, spanning consumer, merchant, and administrative platforms, among the first digital payment infrastructures introduced in that market.
- • Designed a multi-role banking ecosystem (personal, corporate, and mobile banking) with Maker-Checker-Author governance workflows across 600+ screens for a co-operative banking client, resolving ambiguity in transaction state by designing distinct visual treatments for pending, approved, and rejected actions at each role layer.
- • Designed admin dashboards, consent-management workflows, bill-payment portals, and fraud-risk monitoring interfaces for multiple co-operative and enterprise banking clients, structuring multi-role operational systems directly from business requirement documentation with minimal formal specification.
- • Designed a digital wallet product for an international payments client, including self-checkout flows across retail, fuel-station, and restaurant environments with pre-authorization holds and dynamic settlement logic.
- • During a temporary pause on Finacus engagements, designed BoWizzy, a student career-management suite including a Resume Builder, an Interview Prep module, and a unified Profile/Role data model feeding AI-generated interview content.
